Jablotron boasts its longest tradition in the Czech Republic, but it is also well-established in many other countries around the world. In order to be better able to respond to customer requests and to become better known among them, a company needs to work on a sustained basis on being as close to them as possible. That is why Jablotron has decided to set up centres abroad in those countries that have the greatest business potential. The first was established as a pilot in Spain.
J ablotron’s new global strategy includes the establishment of centres abroad, in those countries that have the greatest future potential. The main mission of the newly established centres will be to provide high-quality and effective service to the local market and to implement the most appropriate business practices that have been well-tried by Jablotron for the 25 years that it has been in operation. The first centre abroad, the “JABLOTRON IBERIA CENTRE”, was opened as a pilot this September in Vigo, Spain. Its objective is to test the contribution of the new strategy of foreign centres in practice. Foreign centres as the equivalent of the company’s headquarters in the Czech Republic Foreign centres are set up in a corporate spirit so as to simulate for our business partners and customers a visit to our company’s headquarters. The centres will focus primarily on providing training for the local installation network and on offering comprehensive solutions – not only hardware, but also software support, technical support, and service. “One of our main competitive advantages is the combination of a very good product and the provision of top-level technical support, training, and service. Jablotron foreign centres should help us make use of that advantage,” says René Gubančok, Jablotron’s Director of Sales.

The head of the Jablotron Iberia Centre is António Mendes, an experienced manager with more than ten years of experience with electronic security systems.
The centres will provide direct support to local distributors and installation teams. They will also help strengthen feedback from local markets and take care of promoting the brand in line with the rules and specifics of local markets. Jablotron’s local centres also strive to increase local awareness of the Jablotron brand, to build a national database of customers and cooperating installation companies, and of course, also to increase the share of Jablotron systems sold on the local market. Targeting Spain and Portugal The Jablotron Iberia Centre in Vigo will be responsible for both the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The experience gained in its operation will help the company decide whether to open more such centres abroad in the future. The management of the Jablotron Iberia centre has been entrusted to António Mendes. This top-level expert has lots of experience with electronic security systems, he has worked as a product manager in the field for ten years. “There is a lot of work ahead of us but I am convinced that the possibility of implementing our system of professional technical support and training directly on the Spanish and Portuguese markets will mean that the number of satisfied customers as well as of installation partners will grow significantly. And it will solidify our relations with the existing ones,” said António Mendes at the opening of the Jablotron Iberia centre. ●
